  1. Visibility of your information. Kintree will only show information to others based on your specific choices. If you add collaborators to your tree, Kintree will show your information to invited family members. Invitations can be sent by the person who created the tree or someone who was previously invited to the tree as a collaborator. You may also choose to share your information by setting your tree visibility to public, in which case anyone with the URL to the tree may have access to your tree. Please note, once you choose to add members to your tree or share it publicly, those users may download your information and use it as they choose.
  1. No spam. Kintree will not send you spam. We will not sell your information or share it with third party marketers or spammers. We may email you occasional service notifications relating to your account or with information about product updates and enhancements. You may choose to opt-out from receiving update emails anytime.
